BCA Grabs 3 Top Brand Awards 2009

BCA has once again established its position as a leading bank in “Top Brand Awards,” organized by Marketing Magazine and Frontier Consulting Group on Tuesday, 10 February 2009 at JW Marriot Hotel, Kuningan, Jakarta.

Penghargaan diberikan untuk produk yang berhasil mencapai posisi ”top” dan mampu bertahan di puncak hingga 10 tahun lamanya.

The awards went to products with excellent performance of reaching the ”top” position and managing to maintain the position for 10 years period.

On ”Banking and Finance” category, Tahapan BCA, Deposito BCA, and BCA Credit Card managed to gain the highest customer satisfactory level, way above other competitors.

Advanced technology application with safe, precise, and comfortable service features also added as the approach to reach maximum customer satisfaction.

BCA thanked the customers in Indonesia for their reliance to BCA as their main selection for banking services, and the awards will always become the drive for better performance in future services.
